Good advice Dane. I tried to suggest to those who are being kicked from Web2 to join Hive, but for many they don't want to take the leap. Its a shame, but it should be getting easier for them with Hive Lite accounts, Liketu and buzz now leading the charge for Hive.

People are lazy to onboard lifetime opportunities in their early stages.

When it comes to Web3, the underlying tech on networks like Hive is already here.

It allows dApps to solve the problems of data ownership, censorship and allowing users to benefit from the value a network generates (rather than a tech company).

Once they get the front-end processes, the switch from Web2 to Web3 for normies will be seamless, simply because Web3 dApps will do everything better than their Web2 predecessors.

Normies don't care about the underlying tech, they just care that their problems are easily solved.

Just gotta give it time and development.

As a newcomer to HIVE, what's "intimidating" for me is the quality of the blogs, they are excellent.

Is it okay to use hive like Twitter?
