Young Coconut and Treat Thirst

One day, I went to a rural area with my friend, with the aim of covering the daily lives of the locals. We set off on a motorcycle.

To reach the village we were heading to, we had to travel for about 3 hours. We passed through a village road that was mostly damaged.

However, we had to go through that road because it was the only way to reach the village.

The sun was scorching during our journey. Despite wearing jackets and sunglasses, the heat of the sun was still felt, making us feel sweaty. The bottled water we brought had already been consumed.

Well, we continued our journey along the village road, and after riding the motorcycle for nearly 2 hours, we saw a small shop that sold young coconuts.

We decided to stop at that shop. Inside the shop, there was a man with his wife. We immediately ordered young coconuts. The shopkeeper took a machete to split the young coconuts, assisted by his wife. After being cut, the coconuts were given to us. Yes, we really enjoyed the refreshing taste of the coconut water sold by them.

After quenching our thirst and feeling refreshed from drinking the coconut water, we continued our journey to our destination.

Well, that's the story of my journey with friends exploring the rural road and the coconut water that quenched our thirst during the journey. I hope this story is beneficial to all of us.

Pada suatu hari, aku pergi ke daerah pedalaman bersama temanku, dengan tujuan untuk meliput tentang kehidupan warga sehari-sehari ini. Kami berangkat dengan menggunakan sepeda motor.

Untuk sampai ke lokasi desa yang kami tuju, kami harus menempuh perjalanan sekitar 3 jam lamanya. Kami melewati jalan desa yang banyak yang rusak.

Namun, kami harus melewatinya. Karena hanya itu satu-satunya jalan yang harus kami lalui untuk menuju lokasi desa tersebut.

Suasana matahari sangat terik selama kami di perjalanan. Meskipun kami memakai jaket dan kacamata, tapi teriknya matahari sangat terasa dan gerah. Air mineral yang kami bawa pun sudah habis kami minum.

Nah, kami terus berjalan menelusuri jalan ke desa itu, hampir 2 jam kami mengenderai motor terlihat sebuah warung yang menjual kelapa muda.

Kami pun berhenti di warung itu. Di warung tersebut ada seorang pria bersama istrinya. Selanjutnya kami langsung memesan kelapa muda. Penjaga warung tersebut langsung mengambil parang untuk membelah kelapa muda dan juga dibantu oleh istri. Kelapa muda dipotong olehnya, barulah diberikan kepada kami. Ya, kami sangat menikmati segarnya air kelapa muda yang dijual oleh mereka.

Setelah kami menikmatinya, dan rasa dahaga kami pun sudah pulih karena sudah meminum air kelapa muda. Selanjutnya kami pun melanjutkan perjalanan ke tujuan kami.
