I haven't taken the kids swimming in a long time. Usually every week I always take them swimming. Well, today is a school holiday. so I took them swimming in the pool.

As we all know, every holiday is the perfect time to spend time with family. Yes, as I did today. I deliberately invite them to swim at the same time I also teach them to swim.

Of course this is a very useful recreation for our children. Introducing them to the world of water and other education that we can teach children. And this is also to prevent my child from spending his time playing games on gadgets.

Well, if we invite them to be creative or have a picnic somewhere on holidays, they can see the outside world and play outside. In addition, swimming is also one of the sports that can increase the strength of our children's bodies.
