My journey to see the activities of farmers harvesting rice
Hello Hiver
How are you all today, I hope you are doing well wherever you are
Every day I always take the time to go on a trip that doesn't know where I'm going. I continue down the road with a motorcycle that always faithfully accompanies my every trip. Whenever I go on a trip, there is one thing I never forget to take with me, which is camera. Yes, wherever I go I always carry a camera.
On every trip, I always slow down my vehicle while looking at interesting objects for my camera lens shots. My motorbike continued to drive along the road, from a distance I saw a number of women wearing special hats worn by farmers in my area. Well, at that time the atmosphere was hot because of the hot sun at that time.
Well, this time I accelerated my vehicle to the location of the farmers. As usual, before I shoot. I always invite them to talk about the activities they do. And I asked permission to photograph them at that time.
After getting permission. Then I started photographing the activities of the farmers. As you can see in the photos I share here. A number of women are cutting rice using a sickle or what we usually call "Sadeup". Rice cutter is one of the traditional tools used to harvest rice.
Under the hot sun, the women worked with passion. From the look on their faces they looked very tired, but because this was their job, they had to do it even though the woman had to be willing to be on the water and under the hot sun.
And I also feel what they went through. Because during the shooting process. I'm also in the sun. Well, after I finished I took photos of the farmer's activities. I asked permission and went home.
This location is far from my house. I had to travel about 3 hours to get to the location. As I said above, I walk aimlessly. So every time I find an interesting object. I will stop and photograph any object I find. And will return home after finding it.
Along the way, my heart is very happy because my trip this time was not in vain. I managed to find an object that I find very interesting. And at that point, I couldn't wait to see my shots.
Through this post, I will share the story of my journey today with all of you. Oh yes, the point of this post that I want to convey is never to give up quickly in doing something. We have to find what we want. And keep trying and praying to achieve our goals.
That's my post on this occasion. Hopefully the writings and photos in this post can be useful for all of us.
I love seeing these scenes of the rural environment, especially how hard they work to produce success. Capturing today's scenes brilliantly. And yes, in many parts of our country these days girls are also doing these jobs.
