According to Tim Spector, the founder of ZOE app, users use ZOE app to access a COVID-19 test if they have any potential symptom of the disease: cough, fever, or loss of smell, whereas non-users can arrange a test through the NHS only if they encounter one of these three symptoms. Users of the ZOE app are prompted for a wide range of information, such as the results of PCR or antibody tests and their vaccination status.
