There's always room for improvement

These past few days have been an entire mess. Which is why I just had to let the month of October end before posting again.

It is like the energy around the month was too choking for me to tackle anything meaningful before it ended.

But I'm glad I survived, and with the new month comes with fresh aura and energy that needs to be put to good use, so that the not-so-good history of October doesn't repeat itself.

Just as the saying goes - if we do not learn from history, it will repeat itself

At least November gives room for improvement which would also help make December an even memorable one.

Trust me, if October was a person he’d be jealous right now and will feel the need to ask what exactly he's done to deserve this.

Well, I didn't mean the whole month was draining but at some point, I had to go extra lenght just to keep standing on my feet. Yet, there's a good lesson to learn from October.

October was no doubt one of the best months this year, but I want November to be even better. I mean, who doesn't want some progress? I bet we all do, which is why I want better for November, and I hope nothing comes in the way of that.

My Health

My health status is like a battle between two wolves and I need to make sure they align with one another before they can both be put to good use.

“We can do whatever we put our mind to”. This is the popular saying about motivation which i do agree with. But the little issue there is that when we put our mind to something we’d also need to push our body to carry out what the mind wants. If the body isn't yielding then there's a problem. You can force it for a short time to do your bidding but it won't be for long.

This week my mind was poised on working out all through the week but then, i fell ill which was due to multiple joint aches that needed healing. I have been feeling this way about a week ago but I wasn't paying attention.

Sometimes i push this hard - No regrets

For this reason, I have been resting and healing which has been a total success due to how much better my muscles now feel after some deep sleep and long resting hours.

It's a new month and im focused on finding ways to improve on those things I find beneficial for my body, mind and soul. It won't be easy but it's worth it.
