CZ is Free

In case you’ve forgotten about this legend in the crypto space here’s a recap…” Cz is the Co-Founder and Former CEO of Binance” but recently due to a lawsuit filed against the company in the United States, he had to plead guilty and take the fall for Binance so that the company would be able to function properly in the States.

The lawsuit didn’t end there but was wrapped up with him having to pay a fine and also jailed for 4 months which is now over. The man is now free to walk but not to Binance.

If I could say one thing about this incident, it is the fact that we might never get to see the likes of CZ again because he’s not just some crypto-rich billionaire but he knows the system and the way of things around crypto and the government too.

While all that is now being ended with the lawsuit he’s now diving into a new phase of his life which is reported to be focused on Defi.

This is where things get interesting because for a CEX founder now trying to get his hands deep into the DEX side of things that means something is about to happen.

For those who don’t yet know about DEX, just see it as a saviour about to save us from the likes of the governments forever. For instance, if Binance was a DEX then CZ wouldn’t be jailed nor his company face massive lawsuits from many jurisdictions around the world.

Nonetheless, there is still a whole lot to be improved when it comes to DEX which I believe people like CZ would be able to make happen just like he did with Binance.

The future of crypto is certainly not going to be heavily regulated like it is now when we have many DEX around. But until then what do you think about CZ's jail term, is it really necessary for the government to jail him just cause he gave people a means to escape the matrix or do you think he deserves the treatment?
