Great suggestions! Yes, facing and addressing fears is an exceedingly important practice. Living outside of our comfort zone as much as possible helps a lot with this too, where you can say, "yes, I'm uncomfortable, but I'm OK". That way more and more of life becomes comfortable. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
