Road from the Obelisk of Maracay to Bicentenaria Square (4.3 km)

One of the busiest avenues in the city of Maracay is undoubtedly Bolivar Avenue, in fact, I would dare to say that it is the busiest of all, but to notice this it is essential to drive along this avenue at rush hour. The obelisk of Maracay is where Bolivar Avenue is practically born, it is also an iconic site and a reference point to share on weekends because near there are many commercial establishments of food and alcoholic beverages, there are also some important urbanisms nearby.

Today, I share a tour that I made from the obelisk to the Bicentennial Square, for that I had to travel a large stretch of Bolivar Avenue. In this route we can find striking places such as the Global shopping center, the Parque Aragua shopping center, the Libertador Military School, the Sindoni tower, the Bolivar square, among other places of interest in the city.

Link of the route

We can also find intersections with important avenues such as Fuerzas Aereas Avenue, Bermudez Avenue and several streets in the center of the city that are quite well known. It was about 4.5 kilometers in which the blue sky and white clouds were present, there was little traffic and the greenery of the trees that characterize this cataloged garden city reminded us that indeed deserves to have such a distinction.

I hope that with this tour that I share today you can get to know my city and the world in general a little better. I hope to see you soon, a hug!

I must clarify that although it is true that in the community rules it is established that the videos must be posted through 3Speak we must remember that this Dapp has some problems, so until it is solved I will use YouTube, if you like you can do the same.

It is always interesting to walk along such an important avenue as Bolivar Avenue, perhaps the busiest in the city.

Muy bellas fotos de Maracay, no sabía que había un Obelisco allá. Hace años viví unos meses en la Ciudad Jardín. Saludos.
