Can we get away from the possible habit of worries?

Hello dear friends of this great community, as always we keep on having the opportunity to analyze our rich but intricate world - yes, the world in which we have chosen to exist, and where we can identify millions of factors that define or influence our physical and psychological self, and that unarguably make us the individuals we were in the past, are in the present, and will be in the future.

It is known that everything around us is great complexity and this aspect engages us always, and I believe that this action sometimes confines us to a cycle of countless worries and if we do not distances ourselves from this range, we will not be happy enough, nor make others who live with us or those who are around us; happy as well.

It is very true that the demands of everyday life constantly overwhelm us, but nevertheless, we must have the strength to be able to overcome this cage or bubble of worries, so the hardness of the bars or walls of the bubble will depend on our weaknesses, and therefore, we can disintegrate it by not allowing ourselves to be enclosed in the sea of our worries.

Of course people live different lives and have unique experiences which make them build up or break down our physical and mental strength; however, there are individuals who shut the world out by allowing no negative thoughts and feelings seep into them such as worries or frustrations.

In particular, I am always in a constant struggle not to let myself be trapped by worries, which is not easy, but I must do it, to bring happiness to my loved ones, maybe any of you live the same, the important thing is that our concerns do not become a strong habit from which it is difficult to get out, we will always have problems, but nevertheless, these should not exceed our ability to respond to them.

This characteristic exists in any facet of our lives most especially in the family since we are always in motion to bring about sufficient welfare for our loved ones; and, as often observed, things do not always turn out for the best and we get frustrated hence worried but the best way to escape such a hole is to try several times to obtain the intended goal or as close as possible.

Therefore, my dear friends, I think that we will always have the capacity to leave behind any worrying habit, no matter how constant and persistent it may be, what is necessary is to overcome it at all times and get up as many times as necessary, both for ourselves and for our loved ones, who in the end are and will be our greatest inspiration in everything we do.
