Vegetarian Soybean Beet and Potato Recipe

Cooking rules:
We will first wash the soybeans well and put them on a stone, then we will cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Ingredients and spices required for cooking:-
- Garlic
- Onions
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Oil and etc
First of all, we will take a pan, put the amount of oil inside the pan, then fry the soybeans well so that no smell comes out of it, when our soybeans are fried, we will keep a pot and then fry the potatoes well. will take
Now we will add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and cumin paste to the oil in the pan, then we will add turmeric salt and mix everything well. When the masala spices will turn light red, we will add a little water according to our quantity. After adding water, when the water becomes slightly dry, I will pour the soybeans inside the masala and add the potatoes. After that, stir it well with a spoon, making sure that the masala spices go inside. Stir it for two to three minutes. Later we will give water according to our quantity.
After adding water, I will cover it with a lid and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes, then lift the lid and stir it again. When you see that your soybean and potato broth is dry, you can add cumin seeds to them to eat the soybeans. It will be very tasty and fun. Then you will see that your cooking will be complete, so you can easily cook soybeans at home and when you cook it, it will feel as if the meat is cooked.
