CHU OR SNAIL

Hi hive lovers, is everything okay, may we all be blessed.
On our way to the provincial capital, my friend and I stopped for a moment just to enjoy a meal with this side dish

Chu in Acehnese or snail in Indonesian, this animal is quite rare at the moment in my area which is naturally mountainous because the habitat of this animal is in muddy river areas even though there are quite a lot of species.
Not everyone likes to eat snails because they are disgusted or something else, but I am one of those people who likes challenges when it comes to food. How about you?

I am not discussing the type and habitat of this animal, but in terms of how it is cooked in our area, it is quite different from the spices used to cook this animal because I can judge it from the taste.
