Isaac's 1st B-day Celebration
“Every new day to spend with someone we love is a blessing. We are always thankful that despite everything, seeing them for another day, the loved ones and the special ones too. How much more when a mother has been given the chance to spend a day, a week, a month or even a year with her child. Though celebration requires money and time, a mother always knows what's best for her son or daughter. As long as she’s able to celebrate the date her child was born, she’ll conquer everything.”
“The preparation seems like a hassle and nuisance especially when doing it alone. Mostly so, since the father is out and the one who is working to make sure there is food on the table. A mother can overcome it all because the love of a mother gives strength. After all, it says, “ the love of a mother to her children is different.”
The food was served on the table; The children were slowly gathering. Of course, toys and children's food were not forgotten. Slowly, emotions were overflowing. Though tears were not visible like the rain of a storm. It was hidden through the smile of her facial expressions. It’s normal, as a mother, she was just so happy seeing her child, very happy with the audience full of children. Also, when the games were started with just a few rewards.
Random children were invited, a neighbor maybe or not. It doesn’t matter, as long as they were little ones they’re welcomed. This birthday should be celebrated with fellow children and fellow mothers. Sharing the happiness of mothers felt seeing their children were enjoying. Let’s not forget that for sure, they would share their struggles but not the bad ones.
After the games, food was next to serve with everyone. Sweets food were perfect for this kind of occasion, so spaghetti, sweetened rice, desserts and more. Oh, I almost forgot the children’s favorite ice cream. The children were so happy exiting the house while comparing the foods they had and showing to other children who didn’t come.
As to the birthday celebrant, Isaac, a little one was still smiling even though the children were one by one going home. And for her mother as well, she couldn’t express her happiness with the day of the celebration and seeing her child was very happy celebrating it.
