Christmas is coming again, in fact it can be counted with our fingers. The children who are fond of having a joyful Christmas are calling me again. I’m so happy, I think I’m honored that my last year's Christmas activity was amazing. It was successful in giving joy to the children and their parents maybe. Not to forget that we, led by me, made our Brgy. Cahayag had a wonderful Christmas.

Now as of today, I’m hoping that our upcoming activities this coming Christmas will be livelier, grander and even happier. Although, it saddened me that my own budget would not be enough to suffice the desires of these children. Like, providing them with a jersey uniform during their game of basketball is quite expensive. Even though this is kind of boastful of me to give me more despite the financial shortcomings. I just don’t want these children to be left in tears inside, knowing that Christmas should be in laughter.

That’s why I’m writing this, hoping while knocking on your kind and Christmas loving heart to feel the same way with me. I’m humbly asking for your cooperation through helping me to provide the financial support that I need. PHP 7,000.00 is quite heavy for me alone. That only for the jersey uniform and small prizes. It’s okay for the other expenses because I can shoulder it alone.

That certain amount that I mentioned is what I need to make sure the game will be possible. I don’t want to be a burden for any of you, so if you have a spare amount you could share. Please share it with me and join me in giving a smile in this Christmas season. Not all people can when they don’t have much power or opportunities to do so. Don’t get me wrong because I’d only want to have a beautiful Christmas with everyone.

ABOUT ME

Paul was born in Macrohon, Southern Leyte but currently living in Cahayag, San Francisco Southern Leyte. He graduated the course of a BS Mar-E or Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering in 2019. Although writing is his passion so instead of sailing he decided on writing.
