Wildfire spread in Anthens Destroying Homes
Hazardous effects caused by fire outbreak is considered to be too dangerous than the hazard encountered during an accident. This is so because it looks very terrifying and instills fear as how to go about calming it down is another challenge altogether. Numerous hazardous effects has been on the increase lately as the unfolding creeps fear on all and sundry that hears it. The later being the case as fire outbreak struck the country of Greece in the city of Athens,destroying homes,properties and very many more.
A wildfire raged out of control on the outskirts of Athens on Saturday, damaging houses and cars, the Fire Department said. Fanned by strong winds, the blaze quickly spread across the slopes of Mount Hymettus which overlooks the Greek capital, sending thick clouds of smoke over the southern suburbs. As a precaution, civil protection authorities evacuated some parts of the Voula and Glyfada regions about 20 kilometres (12 miles) from Athens centre.Due to the intense north winds the fire quickly spread and approached the city," Fire Department spokesperson Yiannis Artopios said in a briefing.source
The intense and lingering fire outbreak increased due to the presence of wild wind,being the driving force thereby causing the destruction of homes and properties. Being documented is the news about the outbreak of fire in the year 2018 still in the same country leading to the death of 108 people in a matter of few hours. Doubling this effect and adding to what has already been in history is the latest outbreak too which occurred last three days. From the said news is the fact that many fire fighting equipments where employed adding to the force of fire units utilizing and applying numerous measures to quench the fire as numerous fire fighters and aeroplanes were utilized so as bring down the number of damages it would have caused. Adding to the fact that the causative agent to the outbreak is still not known. If so still being the case,stimulating objects or instruments that endangers life should be carefully monitored and kept so as not to repeat history again.
