Pay Attention To your Health Too; Health is Wealth
Greetings Great Family of Cent, one of your beloved @mrhive001 is here again with an interesting article though sometimes not looked through about our being on the planet we are.
In our struggle in life affairs, in our quest for money,in our educational pursuit,in our marital,socio economic and everyday activity, the prime factor is life. In the absence of being healthy, then all things are gone not withstanding how important and dear to us they might be but when life is gone,all is gone, thus making it an end of road.
Unfortunately to some people, this part is cared less as they strive to reach their goals and target in life,they try to give up to reach their bench mark in life,giving less attention to what their health is saying,concluding that when they reach their destination in life then will they pay more attention as to what they need to have it done is on the table. But what if the reverse being the case that what they were pushing they didn't get to,their health they didn't thereby loosing two things at the same time.
The ignorance and carefree attitude of people has caused them their life,ailment to live with all the days of their life and some a discouraging way through throughout life all being because they didn't pay attention the signs and symptoms these health issues were giving at their tender stage that is controllable or curable.
SOME IMPORTANT(But Looked Away)HEALTH TIPS
SLEEP ;
Truth being the fact that greater percentage of people look away from this as they claim to be always busy and try to work out things first before trying to sleep or take a nap. One things sure is that one can't cheat the body systems not withstanding how one tries to manipulate it. It wouldnt be of a good thought if one tries to cheat the body systems in order to established or boast of a fact though this is much applicable to students that sleep isn't a right deal for a good health. If one is deprived of a normal duration of sleep,the mental health is altered thereby sometimes showing signs to the body like Headache. Pay attention to your health while there is time.
DIET ;
Yes of course what we eat matters a lot. Its just like an equal or opposite reaction, or an addition and subtraction reaction(simple arithmetic). A good thought and being mindful of what we eat with a good analysis of the mineral and vitamin component is of great important as what one gives in to the body is what is seen outside. Pay attention to your feeding and health status as a good diet contributes to our health. Knowing what and how we eat should be paid attention to.
Exercise ;
Yes we care for our health when we exercise too. Always being at a particular sphere or shape without having some physical and muscular stretch a bit affects our health status too. Take out time to exercise too.
Just like astronauts need life support systems, your body is your brain support system. If this brain support system malfunctions, you will start to make more and more mistakes - otherwise easily avoidable, in turn your projects will start to fall like houses of cards. I've experienced this personally.
