Dove bird photography
Hello everyone!
Doves, especially the common dove (Spotted Dove or Streptopelia chinensis), are known for their sweet hum and quiet nature. Usually grayish-brown in color with a white and black checkered pattern on the neck. Their length is about 30-35 cm, which is slightly larger than pigeons. Doves are generally quiet and forage on the ground. They easily live in the locality. Doves mainly eat seeds, grains and small fruits. They usually build their nests in thin branches of trees. Dove calls are sweet and melodious, used to attract mates or mark territory. Pigeons are generally calm in nature, so people often pet them.
