The benefits of vegetables in human body

Vegetation is very good in our body and in our health, it give us blood when consuming it and eating vegetables every day can also give you strength and if you discovered, if you cook something like rice and apply vegetables, the rice will really make you restful and waking up in the morning you will feel healthy.
And also if you cook any soup without vegetables you will not feel too good compare to when using vegetables to cook soup or cooking vegetable soup you will really enjoy it.
Vegetation is one of my best food and I apply it in all the food I cook that is why I plant it and after eating it I feel better, so if you have not been eating vegetables start eating it, it's very good in our health.
