Hola amigos lectores de la comunidad @Home-solutions, espero que todos estén pasando un excelente viernes, me siento muy a gusto de estar nuevamente paseándome por esta gran comunidad.
En este momento quiero compartirles mi experiencia sobre una compra flash que fue necesaria hacerla el día de hoy, es la compra de un molde tipo corona, que es ideal para elaborar Budt cake. El último grito de repostería en pasteles son los Budt cake, están muy de moda en las diferentes celebraciones de fiestas en todo tipo.
Desde hace como un año he querido adquirir este tipo de molde, pero siempre lo veía y decía después lo compro, a pesar de que no es un molde tan costoso, su calidad es buena, ya he comprado en esta casa comercial que lleva por nombre: Utensilios equipos e insumos de cocina(hogar-repostería- panadería y restaurantes).
Anteriormente he comprado este mismo tipo de molde pero redondo, claro la calidad no es como los de marca, pero tampoco son malos, por lo menos me funcionan para lo que yo quiero y no pega los pasteles cosa que es muy importante..
El local está ubicado en la carrera 22 esquina calle 32 de la ciudad de Barquisimeto llamado antiguamente mercado el manteco, por este sitio venden de todo pero lo que se llama de todo, allí están ubicados la gran mayoría de negocios de chinos y gran parte de venezolanos que ofrecen mejores precios.

En varias oportunidades he comentado que cuento con un emprendimiento de todo tipo de tortas, pásapalos dulces y salados y algo más. En varias ocasiones los clientes me han solicitado tortas de este tipo, al no contar con el molde, no podía cumplir con lo solicitado. Hoy dije tengo que comprarme ese molde, ya que me han solicitado nuevamente un pastel tipo corona, ya no puedo seguir perdiendo clientes, por lo que hoy en la tarde me dirigí al centro de la ciudad a comprarlo, lo adquirí de 22 centímetros de diámetro por 10 centímetros de alto.
Me siento muy contenta por esta nueva adquisición para mi emprendimiento, la repostería y la cocina en general, siempre me ha gustado, desde muy pequeña me anotaba en diferentes cursos de cocina en la casa de la cultura de mi pueblo, esto me apasiona. Cancelé 6 dólares por el molde, a pesar de que no está elaborado del mejor material, se que cumple su cometido.

Today I said I have to buy that mold, since they have asked me again for a crown cake, I can not continue losing customers, so today in the afternoon I went downtown to buy it, I bought it 22 centimeters in diameter by 10 centimeters high.
I am very happy for this new acquisition for my enterprise, baking and cooking in general, I have always liked it, since I was a little girl I signed up for different cooking courses at the house of culture of my town, I am passionate about this. I paid 6 dollars for the mold, although it is not made of the best material, I know it does its job.

Amiga lo encontraste a muy buen precio, y te sirve para el trabajo y para la casa yo tengo uno que tiene una forma muy bonita.
Si amiga, me pareció muy económico, yo casi todos los he compro en ese negocio y de verdad es de un material muy bueno, porque hay unos que son una lata.
Yo he visto otros muy bonito como especie de flor con el orificio en el centro y din con refilón pero esos son muy costosos, pero son hermosos .gracias por dedicar un Poco de tu tiempo a leer mi post.
