SERVICE DELIVERY
When it's comes to business i have alot of personal experience as i have seen alot of business organization collapse due to mismanagement of the business organizations on the other side i have seen a business organization growing as fast as it can due to proper handling of the business organizations before we move further what is service delivery?
Service delivery is a business strategies and ideas of a way we provide a good services to our customers it's a positive interactions between the customers and the business owners. In short it's a way we deliver our service to whosoever we are dealing with.
A good service delivery helps the business organizations alot and a poor service delivery brings down the business organizations and before you know it you might not be able to grow the business again.
This particular topic comes as a result of the experience i had personally gathered in business both a large scale business and a small scale business.
Some years back i happens to know someone who handles a large scales of business when I'm talking about large scales it means multi millions of naira business, this business grows so well to the fact that everyone knows this business everywhere as time goes on day by day the business owner and the manager of this business start dealing with customers anyhow customer might order for goods and the goods won't be delivered to them on time in fact there are some point where they will not get customers the exact goods he or she ordered for and the funniest part is that when the customers return the goods they will not accept or listen to any complaints they keep doing this for years before you know it customers keep complaining and they start loosing customers and one thing that is certain is that if you loose one customer you loose ten and if you win one customers heart you win ten it got to a stage that they start doing customers the way they like they fight customers , they never satisfy customers, they never meet their needs and all sought of things they should not be doing. This continues like that till they loose everything they have worked for this moment that I'm talking to you they have lost it all and the funniest part is someone that is doing the same business just opened not to far and people have been patronizing them.
The story doesn't ends here this happens to me personally i could remember back then in school even before i have a shop i could not afford it then when i was in school but i have a little business i got my first customer in school which happens to be a staff in the university and believe i make sure i satisfied the needs of that customers with loyalty and trust. And i have more than ten customers in that day because the staff i worked for tell all the rest of the staff about my business and this allow me to meet alot of people both the students and the staff in the university i make sure i treat them with respect and so on and before i know it my little business grows so well in the university and outside the four walls of the school. After a long thought of this then i realized that there are things to look before going in to business either large or small and of course there is roles of service delivery.
Satisfying the customer
To grow your business well you have to find a better way to satisfy your customers because of satisfaction of customers will bring more customers for you.
Meet customers needs
Another roles is to make sure we meets their needs at the right time failure to do this will chase customers away and this will bring downfall in business
Well organized
A business organization must be well organized and there should be hierarchy of authorities and also knows what they are doing.
Good presentation of business
The business organizations must have a good marketer so the business will grow well good marketing brings more quality of customers and the poor one bring the downfall of the business organizations.
In conclusions a good service delivery goes a long way in business organizations and the poor one brings down the business organizations meanwhile no customers should be neglected nor telling them what they can do for you when having a misunderstanding with them as this won't be good for the business organizations.
This is my little story about service delivery and i hope you like my story.
