NEWBIES INITIATIVE TEAM LEADER TASK 1 REPORT [TEAM3]

Hello Hive, family and friends welcome to my first weekly report as a team leader of newbies initiative program which started April this same year 2023 and will last for seven good weeks. I am the team leader of team three. Today I will be giving a report on my team progress and what they need to work on, meanwhile this is the first task report and it's based on goal achievement

The first task focused on strategizing my hive goals for the next two months you can check the link to the topic here @starstrings01 took his precious time to explain this to everyone that attend the meeting and I'm sure that that gain alot, meanwhile he has shared a post he has written before the date of the meeting.

To cut the long story short I will be sharing how well my team members performed in the first task

I have 10 members on my list and 8 of them were able to carry out the task, there's one that doesn't blog for the past 20 days and there's another one that is either her username is a mistake because I couldn't get through to that person. But with that the rest really tried their best in carrying out the task. And I must say that I'm so proud of you all. That aside the task two is out already and you can do well to check it here it deals with hive mark down and tutorial on how to use Canva, please do well to check it out.

First of all i need to commend the effort of everyone that participated in the tasks it's never easy I've been there and I know what it looks like, so for the fact that you participated in the task you have done a really good job but then i must say that some people among the team mate really took their time to do more research about the task and gave some beautiful turn out in the task.

@saydie really did wonderful well in his post, he have a good judgement on how his going to achieve his goals. I must commend @yahuzah and @abu78 for their well done work in the first task even though they are busy with their exams they took time to publish and also do justice in their post. Lastly I will also commend the effort of @ylaffittep she did not understand English very well but she tried her best to do the task even though she had to use what will translate it from English to Spanish, I will say Weldon for your good work.

My advice to the team members is that try as much as you can to always come to meeting anytime there's a tutorial. This is because there's a lot to learn in the meeting and also ask questions anytime you do not understand and lastly try as much as you can to read the post of your other team members to learn from them.

The last meeting we did had, it was just a few persons who attended the meeting which isn't a good sign of people who wants to learn, I want you all to do better because failure to do this will bring a set back in your performance. You know yourself if you are not doing what you supposed to do so adjust.

This is my first report of team three, in case there is something I refused to ask or remove please do well to let me know. My appreciation goes to my amiable fellow team leaders @depressedfuckup and @justfavour neither will I forget @hopestylist @vickoly and @nkemakonam89 for being the best of all the time. Lastly my appreciation goes to the newbies initiative founder and sponsors @starstrings01 @theycallmedan @aliento for their time and their efforts they put in this program.
