Newbie guide: navigate splinterlands.

Hello there, welcome to my blog. This week we will be talking about a guide on how to register and play the Splinterlands play-to-earn game.

I remembered I've been playing this game for a while now, and honestly, kudos to everyone that taught me how to navigate the system. So here is how we are going to start.

It's good to know that SPL is dynamic, and you can't understand everything in just one day. Just like Hive, you have to keep learning, and you can only be good at what you know how to do well. It is also good to know that SPL changes a lot from time to time; this is one of the reasons you need to be updated; if you have not logged in for the past three months, you will be confused now.

To play this, you need a mobile phone or laptop; it's always better on a laptop. Also, you will have to log in to splinterlands.com. Before this, you need 10 dollars to buy a spellbook.

If you want to register, make sure you are careful. I once made a mistake while doing my own registration. I logged in through email and did not use my Hive account to register. This will deny me access when it's time I want to link my account with my Hive account. I had to pay 10 dollars twice because I did not use what I used on my Hive account. But if you aren't using Hive to log in, then you do not have any problem.

There are several ways to log in, but since we are linking our account to Hive, you have to log in with your keychain. Once you log in, it will take you to your dashboard. Once you are done doing your registration and you bought your spell book, you will be given credit; I don't know about now. But I was given 300 credits when I got to the realm of splinterlands. And this can be used to obtain items in the shop and market; you can use it to rent cards and so on.

So when you log in, you can click Play Now, which will show on your dashboard after you have logged in. If you do not have any card, you can find your way to the market if you need to get a card; meanwhile, there are other cards you can also use, but if you need to increase the level of your card or you need more cards, you can go to the market. It is good to know that you can purchase your card with either dec or credit.

You can also practice, as we have a place to do that. Meanwhile, it is also good to know that the more you play Battle and win, the more you will earn glint, and your rating will keep increasing; the more you win battles, the higher your rating keeps going, and the more chances you will have to be in higher leagues. The higher you go, the more you also have access to more rewards.

Also, staking SPS tokens will make you earn big, but that is a story for another day. In summary, Splinterlands is a very interesting play-to-earn game, and you will enjoy playing it if you spend more time on it. To understand this game, you just have to spend more time playing the game. I will say that it's one of the most interesting games that I love to play the most. Lastly, if you want to move fast, you have to join a guild; this is more like you are joining a team, and at the end of every season, you all will share rewards based on the battle you won.
