My wish and plans for this holiday.

The kind of joy that comes when you realize that you are going to meet your family this holiday and spend quality time with them. We all know that this kind of holiday only comes once a year, and to make it effective, one needs to make sure we spend it well.

I have so many plans for this holiday that I'm just waiting for the perfect time to travel home and meet with my family. I'm trying to cut my spending, which is why I'm yet to be home. I know the family I have, especially my siblings; they are yet to know what money is all about, or should I just say they are yet to start making money? I might become so poor if I go home so quick; it is not funny that my sister will collect all my last cards. Just kidding. At the same time, I need to make sure I cut my coats according to my size.
If you ask me my wish for this holiday, I will say that I have so many wishes. But then we can just break everything down into one piece.

My wish for this holiday is to have enough money that I will not have to think about managing the money I've got, and I will not be broke after the holidays.

So the question is, why this wish in particular?
I have so many plans in my head, and I really want to execute all of these plans in my head. But without money, I cannot do anything.
I once said I wanted to travel to visit my friend who just got married, who happens to be my best friend. And celebrate Christmas with them. I have had it in my plans that I will be celebrating Christmas with them and some of my other friends because we are doing a get-together. It's been so many years since we've seen each other. Well, that was my plan before, but when I did the calculation of the flight I would take to the other states, I realized that if I removed that money from my pocket, I would be extremely broke. That aside, I will have to do some other things when I get to their place, and so on. After thinking about it so many times, I realized that I needed to give it a second thought by canceling my plans.

The fact is that I really want to attend because the last time we all met was like eight to ten years ago. The friendship was so strong. But then, everything has to do with money. I feel so bad that I'm canceling the plans. That is why I said if there's one wish I could make this holiday, the wish will be that I should have enough money.

That's aside, another reason I'm yet to travel home is because of this same money. I have cut out doing many activities because I want to make sure that I do not go broke after the holidays are over.
But the fact remains the same: this holiday only comes once a year, which means if you miss all the activities this year, the rest will be in the coming year, and that's exactly what I'm avoiding.
Well, miracles happen, and my wish can come true. I will definitely make sure I carry out all my plans if I see the money.
