A lifestyle as simple as wearing the right kind of shoes can either make you healthy or sick.
Before this time I had often wore a particular slippers almost everyday but I noticed that after a walk in this slippers it is often a misery on getting home where I will feel too much stress in my body.
Not only did my legs hurt but the stressful pain is also transfered to all of my body parts. I attributed it to be a work related stress only to find out that some shoe soles are not too good for our health and that all the pains were a result of wearing that particular slippers.

Although it was a slippers, the sole were hard and that was the problem.
Each time you wear slippers, shoes, sandals or anything made of hard soles for too long, you won't escape the pain and extra stress.

Sneakers brought solutions to the problems.
When they came around, the making showed some better, less heavy and fluffy soles.
We were even advised to put on sneakers if our work required that we would be on our fret for so long.
But somehow they are expensive and not everyone could afford a sneaker.
The cheaper ones are within the range of $25 because they were all imported.

But then came the era of importing the fairly used one and I bought a fairly used sneaker at $10.

Today we have the cheapest and perfect solutions.
Crocs made of CrosliteTM and very gentle on our feet.
They neither contain rubber nor wood or all of the other hard stuffs used to make shoes in the past.

Crocs does not pick up the pressure from walking neither does it transfer that stress to our body

And crocs are cheap and affordable to everyone.

After some research, the hospital setting in this town made it mandatory that all doctors and nurses on duty should go on crocs especially those in maternity wards and busy labs where more serious work is done for long hours.
In our federal health clinic here I noticed all the staff putting in different designs of crocs to relieve them of the stress from walking/working and standing for long in the hospital

Today I bought my first crocs.

Crocs became fashionable over time and you can see the different designs here. They starts making crocs first with more thinner soles but look up at that lilac one and you will noticed how thicker the sole is.

Been thicker doesn't make the shoe heavier they are all made of the
CrosliteTM material and the thickness is just for fashion.

I came to a seller to purchase this and she brought out these different sizes, picking one that suits me I paid a sum of $6.4 or 3k naira.

That was the one I picked.
The prices of crocs varies according to location and market strategy of the seller and I could have as well gotten these much cheaper in some other places.

I bought this on Wednesday and just yesterday I was ready to wear this.
Guess what?
There was a heavy downpour over the night and our stress were flooded.
But I was lucky to have this crocs and have bought it earlier.
The sole were high enough and my feet were raises above the water level in the streets.

It is not only comfortable I can wash with water without damaging the shoes.
