Going into a business without prior survey can make you a failure even before the business startup.
Business startups always requires various analysis like the SWOT analysis we were taught earlier on, a term that stands for the Strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat.
SWOT analysis can also be carried out on existing businesses to see how well they are performing.

A business that does not have a strategy to stay abreast of surrounding businesses may not perform well or will head to a close down if eventually there are not enough investment and income coming into such establishment to run its daily activities.

And you are not expected to give out your business strategies to fellow business people doing the same business with you.

• Maintain and draw keep customer: Once you have a strategy you use to draw more investors into your establishment, business is bound to flourish. It might just be an extra added bonus to their Return on investment

• Packaging and delivery: this might just be one services that is properly handled and makes a client not wanting to check in our businesses.
  When you have an optimum branding that ensure a proper storage for goods without getting damage and a delivery process that ease a client stress this will definitely attract more people to stay glue to your business.

• Customer relationship and service delivery.
  Nobody would want to enter into an establishment who have a nagging CEO, hostility towards investors is a negative mark on a successful business and so the list goes on and on.

To have a successful business you must sort out a strategy that will make such business to thrive even in a competitive market.
