Oh my goodness, this story is very shocking. I hope situations like this is not frequent. The parent neglected their duties. Loving their only child is not a reason to over pamper the child which ultimately had to his own demise.
Truly sad story. I hope this is not a frequent occurrence.

It's kind of common for parents with just one child or who had delay in child birth to overly Pampered their kids.
And these was written with the hope that it'll serve as a lesson to not take away the place of discipline when raising children, regardless of the child being the only one or not.
