Have you tried out the Liketu platform yet?

Fields of Gold - Oil seed rape is blooming.
Hi folks just testing out the front end of liketu.com created by @elmerlin and on first impressions it's a great addition to the hive ecosystem.
Check out @sergiomendes blog for a comprehensive analysis of the features of the platform.
Linktu is primarily aimed at photographers and their photographs but you can do long form blogs if you wish.
The photo above was taken yesterday on my smartphone. The fields are looking fabulous. 👍

Hi @molometer,
Thank you for participating in the #teamuk curated tag. We require at least 100 words, but your post has only 87 words.

Thanks teamuk. 🤦♂️👍
Thank you so much for the shoutout. 😉 hopefully that one will help people to understand it better.
Hi Sergio my pleasure. Your post covered all the important features for people to follow so the obvious thing to do was point them to it.
I must say I do like this approach to presenting photography and photographers.
Liketu looks very attractive and clean. 😘👍
Welcome, and thanks for trying us out!
Hi Elmer, I'm liking what I see. I'll be posting here regularly.👍
Just a few points for @elmerlin on the display.
There seems to be a slight alignment glitch where the image overlaps the text and it's unclear how to read the text.
Question. Will the liketu watermark appear on all photos?
Device Android Samsung.
Overall impression of the website is good with useful data. 👍
We're working on a dedicated mobile app - as it stands, the web version of the site isn't really something we're working on so there are definitely some issues arising there.
Good thing is it's nearly done, so you'll be able to use it on android in it's full glory soon.
The watermark can be removed in settings. Previously we removed it entirely but we had more people who wanted it than not, so we decided to make it a toggle option.
#sooniverse lol. It's working that's what matters 👍
Viewing the post on the liketu site using an android phone we get this small misalignment of the image. It displays fine on other front ends so it's a quick fix.
Good to know about the watermark toggle option. Thanks Elmer. Great job mate. 😘👍
Sorry, what I meant to say is the mobile web version of the site is something we're not working on, instead we're just rebuilding it entirely. This issue will be resolved with the roll out of that.
Sometimes that's the quickest way to go. I like the layout and features as is but as we all know. There will always be room for improvement. You've got a working project which is a great achievement in itself.
I look forward to seeing the next iteration. In the meantime I'll use the existing platform.👍
Hey @elmerlin, sorry to disturb you here, but I've been having issues uploading photos via Liketu.com. Do you use Discord or is there a support channel where I can talk about them? Thanks in advance! :)

I am listings the Linktu for the first time. Thanks for the information.
You're welcome. Great platform for photography and photographers 👀📷👍
I noticed a few "Linktu" posts recently and had a look, but I haven't used it yet.
Nice photo! Makes me want to go out and hunt for beautiful shots like that.
Hi Ade, as you probably know we've tried this kind of approach to posting just the photos on chain (appics etc) for quite a while with virtually no text similar to Flickr or Instagram but it never really seems to catch on except with spammers who ruin the project?
Which in turn leads to flame wars of downvotes!
Maybe this time it will be different? 🤞👍
Also, their beneficiary is only 1% !!!!! That's awesome.
That's interesting. I hadn't noticed.
Good incentive to get posting. Let's see how it goes.
Photograhy is well catered for but usually needs a wall of text to 'explain' it which is kinda nuts if you ask me.
A picture paints a 1000 words! 🤦♂️😂📷👍
This is new to me. Thanks for sharing it!
