BATTLE MAGE SECRETS WEEKLY CHALLENGE WITH A RULESET KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
Hello Splinterland Warriors!
Here we go for another week of Battle challenges with a New Ruleset KEEP YOUR DISTANCE which means that only monsters with magic and Range attacks will be used in the battle and can not melee attack monsters so the players will mostly use the ranged or magic monsters based on their Strategy while i used both ranged and magic monsters in legendary death Summoner.
In the battle lineup, I will explain all the cards used in this battle because the ruleset was given where the melee attack monsters were removed, and also the Fog of war Ruleset where the opportunity, Snipe, and sneak abilities were removed so only the first enemy monsters will be the target of all monsters. Also, no legendary monsters can be used in this battle because the Ruleset total ruleset given for this battle was 3 which you can see below.
MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE is a great legendary summoner that i am using all the time nowadays because i removed it from the rental market so in this ruleset i went for this card because of its awesome abilities that protect its friendly monsters like with the help of Void ability, removing one ranged attack so matching the ruleset with this summoner that is why i used this summoner because the Ruleset not allowed us to use the melee attack monsters and the enemy team will definitely go for the magic and ranged monsters.
In the First position, i went for a common monster from the rewards edition called Cube which is the best ever monsters when you unlock its healing ability at level 6 and i got it in gold foil which i upgraded to level 6 in gold foil and using it all the time in battles because of its healing and scavenging ability while here if you noticed it gets low damage from the magic attack monsters because void ability from the friendly summoner so it worked well and stay for a long time also gain few health because of scavenging ability.
In the second position, i went for the beta rare monster Prismatic energy which i bought at level 3 because of its reflection ability and a great card to use against the magic monsters and because of the void ability added from the summoner it gets less damage from the magic monsters and return enough damage to the enemy monster. I bought this card at very cheap price and now the worth of this card is $80+ and i remember when i bought it with less than $10 investment.
Well, the mana was enough high to use high mana monsters so went for QUEEN OF CROWS from the Riftwatchers edition which also cost high mana and has the close range attack and it as enough health to stay for a long time in the first position and can also attack from te first position because of its close range attack. I got this card from the pack opening and they are expensive one because the rift Watchers edition is expensive compared to chaos legion edition so i did not upgrade this card to high level while it is useful when you upgrade this card because it can give you the headwind ability.
In the next position, i went for VENARI BONESMITH a rare monster from the rewards edition which works great because of its life leeching and applying the poison ability on enemy monsters so this card did well in this battle and applied the poison on enemy team. However, i have two upgraded bcx of this card in my collection one is for the rental market and one my best card that i am using all the time in my battles in both high and low mana battles.
Another rare reward card i used from the rewards edition called grim reaper from the death splinter with a high range attack and affliction ability here i used two ranged attack monsters because of the Ruleset keep your Distance where only ranged and magic monsters used so i used some magic and some ranged attack monsters so used this card here because of its powerful range attack and it worked well while the enemy team did not use healing monsters that would be blocked with the help affliction ability.
In the last position, i used a rare monster DHAMPIR STALKER from the chaos legion edition which i upgraded to level 4 and it has a great ability of never missing its target with True Strike ability so this card will never ever miss its attack with its powerful range attack that is why i used this card and i won this battle because of the summoner and these cards so my strategy worked well for me that you can see in the battle that my lineup and cards gave me this victory and heated the enemy team.
