MY BEANS AND PLANTAIN FOR LUNCH.
Hi vegan friend and family, How are you all doing hope you are doing great. Food they say is the anything you eat to energy and sustain life today I made beans and plantain it tastes so nice.
Here's what I used to prepare my meal
INGREDIENTS:-
2 cups of beans
5 pieces of plantain
2 bulbs of onions
1 cup of red oil
Fresh tomatoes
Vegetable
Half cup of dry papper
1 teaspoonful of salt
PREPARATION
First I pick my beans
Wash it keep it aside then peel my plantain wash it and cut it onto pieces
Grind my pepper the cut my onion, tomato and vegetable set them aside.

Then parboil my beans for about 15 minute.
Step:
Wash your pot and put it to heat. I now pour in my red oil
Add my onions my dry pepper and then stair stair and stair I now add small quantity of water allow it to boil, after boiling I now add my parboild beans and plantain together turn everything together this time for me add salt fresh tomatoes and Vegetable then cover my pot for about 5 minutes wow food is ready.

Final stage at this point I have to turn everything together
Finally this is my delicious meal
I almost finished the food before taking a selfie because of the aroma
