I am so much in love with this particular question, infact i am very careful enough not to miss this particular one...
You see when it comes to work place, tolerance is the basic thing needed for a successful work.

Let's first of all know what is tolerance.

Defination of Tolerance

Tolerance can be defined in my own simple way as an act of accepting other people for who they are. It can be a difference of beliefs, norms or tradition without giving them any negative feedback.
It can be described as an act of appreciating other people's culture and understand theirs lifestyles.

In other to be able to live in a peaceful environment, tolerance must be accepted.... It is a very necessary factory which helps in promoting peace and harmony in the community.

Tolerance in workplace

This is alsl the ability of accepting other people from different backgrounds in the work force. It is an act of creating sn environment of work that is able to celebrate individuals who has this factor....
When there is tolerance in workplace,there is every tendency that there will be lots of collaboration and productivity in that work.

Do you agree with the fact that tolerance in a workplace is important for productivity

My answer is A BIG YES

Tolerance is the basic total for s successful and productive work. In every workplace, when there's tolerance, a lot of people feel accepted for who they are, not minding their differences, culture,or even backyard.
When there is tolerance, the work load go smoothly, without any negative vibes. Tolerance makes people feel valued and respected.

When there's tolerance in the workplace, the definitely job satisfaction and trust me,the job will be successful in all round.
I will keep saying that tolerance helps in making other people see and respect other opinion no matter their race, background or culture.

But once there is no tolerance in rhat environment, then know that there is every tendency that the work won't be successful.
It creates an environment were it is toxic for people because there is no tolerance and this definitely, affects everyone as well as the organization.

Intolerance brings conflict, harassment, discrimination, insult etc. They don't value people who are not in their team or stuffs and the work may not be successful or it may end up been unproductive.

That's why it is very important for every organization to teach their employer how to accept and respect others for who they are, respect their opinion, no discrimination or racism.
Everyone must be able to tolerate each other even if it is for s period of time in other to have a productive and smooth work done.

So, i can boldly say that tolerance is one of the basic tools needed for a productive and easy going work.
There is this joy when we accept people for who there are and not for what they have.
Tolerance is very important lets learn how to tolerate people no matter their religion, background, culture or life is we should learn to understand them in other to bring positive results.

The fact that intolerance brings conflict is so true
At my former workplace, there was always fight and misunderstanding because nobody wanted to tolerate anybody and it was just always bad fights here and there
I had to leave because I couldn’t deal with it anymore

Tolerance is the key to a productive work environment, and it creates a healthy relationship at the workplace between staff, everyone must develop tolerance cause not many can deal with other people's behavior and attitudes.
