Weaselhead area Calgary

Its nice to live in a city where, even if you don't get the chance to leave as often as you'd like, there are still nice areas that make you feel like you have gone somewhere. Even if just for a little while, its nice to get that "I've escaped" feeling. The Weaselhead area in Calgary is one of those spots that is like this. On the western edge of the Glenmore reservoir, there are a series of winding streams that lead into the Elbow river. If you keep going west, you will be on the First Nations Tsuu T'ina Nation reserve. Its the type of spot that is almost unlike anything else in the other parks.
