I really enjoy taking macro photos of these tiny little starships. They are part of the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game and are some of the most detailed little models that I have seen. They are hand painted, and some have moveable parts like the B-Wing (4th photo from the top), which has wings that can retract and a spianable cockpit. I get a really shallow depth of field when I get close to these ships, and it can really bring out the right elements that I want in focus and give me different options for shooting from other angles.
