Downtown Calgary Blurred Bokeh Effect

I edited these using an effect designed to simulate the type of blurred effect you can get out of a tilt-shift-style lens. This technique can create something called the minature effect, where the parts of the frame that are in focus start to look like miniatures, much like a toy model would. I find it a tricky thing to pull off, but when it works, it looks quite neat and can take a normal photo and make it look a bit more unique or different from the everyday.
