My lunch ,choose to be healthy!
It was August 2024 when I was diagnosed that I have a cyst on my right ovary.
After having a miscarriage I learned that I have this illness after I undergo and ultrasound to check if my uterus is in normal linen.
Sadly ,it was found out that I am having a cyst on my right ovary.
I feel sad and worried ,I cried when Is aw my husband waiting on me outside the clinic.I wasn't able to hold my tears thinking my husband and my kids.
A few months ago ,I feel something on my right tummy.I feel a hot temperature on it unlike on my left part of my tummy and sometimes I can feel a little bit pain ,just a bit pain.
I can't stop my self searching about my illness although it makes me to overthink sometimes.
My OB-GYN gave me a medication for one month and she said I will be back on her clinic when I have my regular monthly period to check if there's a progress,they check if the cyst will turns smaller or gone.
I haven't yet my monthly period and I already take all my medicine given by my doctor but now I tried a good Barley food supplement hoping and praying that it can help me.
Aside of taking this food supplement,I tried to eat a healthy food ,as much as possible I avoid eating oily food .
In this blog I will be showing most of the food I prepared for my self.
I avoid now on eating pork,I usually had fish on my meal and vegetables.
For my lunch ,I prepared tinolang isda,a fish recipe with soup.
First thing I did was boiled a water and added some spice's like ginger ,onion and lemon grass.
Anyway ,it's been 4 days that I cooked using the firewoods ,our LPG was running out of gas and I need to save money for my next visit on my doctor that's why I used this firewoods for now since its free to pick in our sorroundings coz were at the countryside where we sorrounded with trees.
Okay ,back to my main topic ,this is how I prepare my lunch today.
After 5 minutes I added the vegetables I prepared ,I prepared some malunggay leaves and sponge gourd and cook it for about 3 minutes and it ready to serve.
I also prepared a grilled fish and I remember I remember that I am having a boiled okra a leftover from my breakfast so I added it for my meal.
I tried to less the rice I eat now and can feel that I am losing weight.
Hopefully the food supplement I am taking will help me and this healthy life I am trying to do now can help as well.
