Malayo pa pero malayo-layo na!
Life is not a compettion ,it does'nt matter who got succeed first ,whats important is you did something for your goals and dreams!
What's up all my kababayans here!!!
How'dy people?I hope you are doing great today. We experiencing a extremely hot weather now ,so be sure to drink a lot of water and always bring a sun protection when you outside.
And for today's blog ,I will be sharing the small progress we had for our dream house. Its not yet finish but we are happy with the progress we had it.
Malayo pa,pero malayo-layo na🙏
A super typhoon oddette devastated our house last December 2021.It was totally damage and now we are staying at my inlaws house for the meantime .
I was planning to build a house made of light materials as I am thinking na pagkasyahin yung pera namin. We had 50k pesos last May 2022,but my husband did'nt agreed my plans kasi daw para sure na matibay ,concrete na bahay ipapagawa namin instead of made of light materials na madlaing masira.
So we choose his plans kahit na alam kong matagalan pa bago matapos since he is the only who working for our family and his elder sister promised to help us for the roof materials.
Two weeks ago ,we continue working the house using the 15k pesos we lend from the bank plus the 5k pesos from my husband's salary. We spent 11k pesos for the materials and the 9k pesos was spent for the labor salaries and food.We gave them free food kasi we letting them to stay here for 3days(working days )kasi malayo bahay nila.
We spent money too for renting a carabao with balsa for moving the materials form the baranggay road going here kas medyo malayo kami sa kalsada.
Our budget was for only 4days of working and glad that the carpenter works fastly.
While I and my husband was watching our unfinished house ,we almost cry because of happiness and we are not expecting that we can build a house like this since he is the only one who works for us.Naisin ko mag magtrabaho but hindi siya papayag kasi we had two kids and maliliit pa sila.Kung maganda pa sana ang kitaan ko sa kabila makakatulong sana ako sa kanya.
And we are so happy having this progress na kahit malayo pa ay malayo layo na din ,pa unti unti ay matatapos din to.
From this....
To this.....
We already spent 70k pesos including labors for it.
So now ,we need to prepare the estimated amount worth 23k pesos for the ..
200 pieces holloblocks
12bags of cement
2cubics of sand
16pieces of bakal
24pieces sen para sa bubong.
We need a huge amount for the roof ,the windows ,the doors and the flooring and I don't know where to find it hihi .But I believe that we can do it ,pa unti -unti matatapos din to.
And that would be all for todays ,thanks for reading my blog.
Love,
@mitch18
Kahit gaano kabagal ang pag usad, basta you keep on going, you will be fatger from where you were before. And that's good progress. Sometimes yung mga bagay na akala natin di natin kakayanin, in the end, it works out fine. So go lang. Di mo mamamalayan, nakatira na kayo sa bagong patayo niyong bahay. :)
Yes po ,salamat po sa very inspiring words na yan🤗
Matatapos din to soon🙏
Paunti-unti lang, matatapos din yan. Congrats po. Same case din samin, malayo din kami sa barangay road kaya mahirap mag-angkat ng mmaterials. Kaya saka na lang kami, unahin muna pera haha
