Ginataang isda(fish recipe)for our lunch♥️

Good day food lovers!!!!
What's up everyone?I hope you are all doing great today.

For today's blog, I will be sharing to you a fish recipe which I already shared here before but this time this recipe is leveled up with some ingredients I added.

While scrolling my fb account ,I came up to this video recipe and it makes me to crave this dish.Good thing that my husband bought this kind of fish,it's a tulingan fish in our dialect .

Ingredients

-fish(preferd this kind of fish)
-pork meat
-spices like onion,garlic,bell pepper and sword pepper
-eggplant
-string beans
-coconut milk

The last time I cooked this recipe was just a simple one with no pork meat and veggies.But this time ,I make this recipe leveled up.

Procedure

Fry the pork meat as well as the veggies like the egg plant and string bean and set aside.

In the same pan ,remove the exist oil ,just left a little bit of oil then saute the sliced garlic and onion.
And add the sliced fish.

Then add the 1cup of fresh coconut milk and the fried pork meat,then add salt and pepper to taste.

When the sauce turns thick ,add the fried and veggies and simmer it for a minute and it's ready to serve.

I don't eat much cooked fish, but I like the idea of fish mixed with coconut milk, and this looks amazing 😋
