A little preparation for my son's birthday!

Greetings @motherhood community!!!!

My son's 5th birthday is nearly coming ,hmmm time runs so fast he is going to turn 5 years old this coming Thursday.
I just remember when I gave him birth ,we passed many struggles and until now we are facing different challengers especially on his health.
All I am wishing and praying for his birthday is to have a good health always.

Since his birthday is on this coming Thursday and there will be a classes ,I and my husband decided to prepare a little snacks for the kids.

As a mom I really know that kids will be happy in a small things we can share to them.
So I planned to ordered a banana cupcake and donut to our neighborhood.
I already chatted her that I order 40 pieces of banana cupcake and 60 pieces of donuts.

I estimated 32 pupils from the Pre-kinder 1 and 2 students.

So this morning after my son's class,we went to the town to buy what we needed for his birthday.

Since I planned to give a little snacks to the kids ,in the house I only planning to prepare a simple lunch for the family for this celebration.

Anyway ,my son's classes ends around 9:30 in the morning so we went to the town but we went first to a barbershop for his haircut.

It take only a few minutes since there's no other costumer in that barbershop.
After that we went to a grocery store buy some biscuits and chocolates for the give aways for the kids but then capturing some photos there was been out of mind hahahha.

I transfered another grocery store to buy a drinks for the kids since there's no available on the first store we visit and there I able to take some photos hahaha.

My first option is the mr.milk drink but then I learned that this Alaska drink is cheaper than the mr.milk so I asked the sales lady to change the item but then I feel that she hot annoyed on me like she drop the drink forcely hahahah.I wanted to ask sorry but then I got upset on how she assist me lol.

After that we went to a department to buy a part bags and paper plates.

Before going to the town ,I planned also to checked the prices of the cake since I only have a little fund for it.But the. I really forgot so I just now estimated the amount.Maybe it worth $9-10.

My budget for his birthday celebration in school will be $40.
The estimated amount I need for the cupcake and donut is $10 as well as the cake.
Maybe the $40 is enough for it.

(I spent almost $20 for this)
