you said it all, all your points are valid and I can relate to them, they are indeed a big red flag that must not be ignored except 1 which is jealousy.... Jealousy is a sign of love, we should be worried if the person we are in a relationship with is not a bit jealous when they see us with the opposite gender, the only thing is that the jealousy should not be too much
