In the Austrian Tyrol, on the "Schönangeralm" you have the opportunity to visit the show cheese dairy. There you can learn everything about cheese and also have the opportunity to taste and buy the cheese and smoked sausage.

Here the cheese is stored until matured salted and turned over again and again.
(For hygienic reasons, it can only be seen through a pane of glass).

Here you can see the old, historic barrels in which the milk used to be spun to make cheese.
