Pond cake

Hello everyone. I hope you are having a good time with your family and friends. Today I am here to share another recipe for cake. Cake is a thing most people want to eat. I was just thinking about it and asked my family. Would you want to have a cake party? My daughter said mama makes pink cake. I ask her that I will make only pond cake today with no frosting on it.
She said OK mama then I will eat it as you make it.

  • Ingredients:

All purpose flour. 2 cups
Eggs. 3
Oil. 1 ½ cup
Sugar. 1 ½ cup
Salt. 1 pinch
Vanilla essence. Few drops
Baking powder. 1 teaspoon
Milk. As required

In a blender add eggs and sugar. Mix mix mix……
Blend it until it has a foamy texture. Add oil and blend it again. Add vanilla essence and blend it. Egg mixture is ready.

In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and baking powder. Sieve it two to three times. Gradually add egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix it well. Add milk if needed.
Take a baking tray. Grease it well.
Preheat the oven at 180°c.
Bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes. It's ready to eat.
Serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

Estaba pensando en ello y pregunté a mi familia. ¿Queréis hacer una fiesta con tarta? Mi hija dijo que mamá hace un pastel rosa. Le pedí que hoy sólo hiciera pastel de estanque sin glaseado.
Me dijo que sí, que me lo comería tal y como lo habías hecho.

  • Ingredientes:

Harina para todo uso. 2 tazas
Huevos. 3
Aceite. 1 ½ taza
Azúcar. 1 ½ taza
Sal. 1 pizca
Esencia de vainilla. Unas gotas
Polvo de hornear. 1 cucharadita
Leche. Según se requiera

  • Procedimiento

En una batidora añadir los huevos y el azúcar. Mezclar la mezcla......
Bate hasta que tenga una textura espumosa. Añade el aceite y vuelve a batir. Añade la esencia de vainilla y mézclalo. La mezcla de huevos está lista.

En un bol, añade la harina de uso general, la sal y la levadura en polvo. Tamizarla dos o tres veces. Añadir poco a poco la mezcla de huevo a la de harina y mezclarla bien. Añadir leche si es necesario.
Coge una bandeja de horno. Engrasarla bien.
Precalentar el horno a 180°c.
Hornea el pastel de 30 a 40 minutos. Está listo para comer.
Sírvelo con una taza de té o café caliente.

Hi @mishkatfatima beautiful cake as usual.. I have a question though.

Someone once made a cake post for creative Sunday and among her ingredients, she included an alcoholic drink. She had said it was to add flavor to the cake. I was shocked when I saw it but it turns out she was right.

I can't seem to see any one here in your post or it's not for all cakes or just not a compulsory ingredient?

I have never used it. Some people like to create a new flavour in cake. They used to put some other things in sponge like in red velvet cake butter milk is used in the base.
