Tick, Tick, Ticking
Life is short, you never know when it's the end for you in this world. So It's better to stay prepared for the ultimate life, the afterlife. How so? By practicing the given task by our religion and good for humanity. Every night we go to sleep, we close our eyes, with thousands of thoughts that are yet to be done tomorrow and the coming days, whatif we don't open our eyes the next morning? Is there any guarantee that such a thing can not happen? No one knows when it's time for him/her to say goodbye.
For the last few weeks, my own country suffered a lot, we have lost hundreds of lives and could be more than a thousand. If we look a little far at the other countries, massacres are going on there as well. Those hurt as well but when it is in your own family then the realization hits at its peak. Yeah, one of my uncles died yesterday, may Allah grant him Jannat. He was a village guy and shifted to the city just a few years ago, I did mention village because people from the villages are seen to have better immunity systems than people like us who consume foods with high levels of formalin and other added chemicals on a regular basis. Due to this, he was very healthy and fit. They said that he never even said that he was having headaches or any other kind of health issues all these years. All of a sudden, yesterday morning, he started having chest pain, and when he went outside he fell on the ground and died there, of a stroke.
We see people struggling with so many critical health injuries and suffering on the bed. And someone with a high immunity and fit person went away like this all of a sudden. So the uncertainty of death should always be remembered, can't dare to forget it. Just returned from there, opened my newsfeed and within an hour I got to see two more death news from my known persons about their friends and relatives. Another story came on the news feed about someone who celebrated their second marriage anniversary and had joined the quota movement, before going out he kissed his wife's forehead and left for the battle of rights. He didn’t come back, all those thousand deaths had such stories, some could be even more painful. The ultimate truth is we all must go to our ultimate destination all of a sudden, maybe today, tomorrow, or the next week, just when it's written for us, not a day before or after.
Sometimes we do get such a realization. Actually, it's very unfortunate that I am using the word sometimes instead of saying that we must remember this ultimate truth in each and every second. That's when we would be able to walk on the righteous path, everyone, as we know that we would be held accountable for our deeds.
Always keep in mind, the clock is always on a run, our time may ran out soon, be prepared with the deeds, tick, tick, ticking......
