Mocaccino at home [Eng/Esp]

ENGLISH

Hello my beloved ones, hoping you are having a beautiful week, full of many positive things, a long time ago I referred in one of my posts that I would share with you a homemade mocaccino and I was given the opportunity because this week I did not manage to go out as usual with my husband for that coffee that I love so much and a delicious dessert, but that did not stop me from sharing a good homemade coffee with my beautiful and beloved community, since I feel them as my family from the moment they opened their doors to me, as we say here in Venezuela.

A long time ago I was curious about being able to make a good Mocaccino, cappuccino, frapuchino at home besides my traditional coffee such as my negrito and my con leche. I have always been open to learning and if it is about things that I like to me and my family more, casually I made that comment to a friend and co-worker and she told me sister that is not a big deal, it is super easy, go to the house this weekend and I will teach you and by the way we share what we like the most. She told me the materials I had to take and so it was my loves, I went shopping for what I would use and then go to my friend's house and it was a day of many learnings and I was super happy because I learned something new and wonderful and so I could pamper my family and any visitor who came to my home.

Now I will share with you how to make a delicious homemade Mocaccino.

The ingredients used were

1 glass of water

2 measures of coffee, in this case I used the good coffee

1 tablespoon of coffee sugar

3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

3 tablespoons of powdered milk

A hand mixer for better creaminess

Processing

I proceeded to elaborate my Mocaccino coffee, first of all:

Mount my measure of water and wait for it to boil.

IMG_20230621_175511.jpg

Then add the two measures of coffee in the brewing bag and add the teaspoon of sugar.

IMG_20230621_175438.jpg

After boiling for a few minutes I proceed to turn off and strain the coffee with the sugar, only half of the water to make it espresso type.

IMG_20230621_175607_1.jpg

While the coffee was brewing, I added the other half of the boiled water and incorporated the milk and began to whisk it for about 5 minutes until it reached a creamy thickness.

IMG_20230621_175813.jpg

Then I added the chocolate to the coffee and began to beat for a few minutes until a good creaminess was achieved.

Once the chocolate with the black coffee is ready, I set it aside and whisk the milk for a few more minutes to maintain the creaminess and begin to serve my Mocaccino coffee.

Procedí a elaborar mi café Mocaccino, primeramente:

It's great to see the steps in your version of a mocaccino. I never have milk powder at home, but maybe one day I'll get the chance to make something like this.
Thanks for sharing it:))
