"A moment of peace and reflection". A few days ago I decided to take a moment alone to enjoy a cup of coffee. I tell you that while I was savoring this delicious beverage, I was invaded by a feeling of peace and tranquility. That aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the environment where I was running some errands.
At that precise moment, I realized how valuable it is to take a moment alone. Life keeps us busy on a daily basis and we forget the value of the small moments that life gives us and along with that, the moments of calm and peace. At this very moment, I reflected on the joys and challenges that life has presented me, and I can tell you that they have been very hard and it is a miracle that you can be reading me and there I realized how valuable it is to stop and appreciate the present.
Here I recalled my moments of ups and downs, the laughter and the tears. I realized that every experience has helped shape who I am today. I learned to value every moment, to embrace the ones I love and to see the light in the midst of the darkness.
After finishing my coffee, which I can tell you was super delicious, I felt renewed and empowered, to move forward and always face the challenges that arise every day. As a reflection for everyone, I can tell you that in life what we need most is a moment of peace, to remember how beautiful life is. "Un momento de paz y reflexión". Hace algunos días tome la decisión de tomarme un momento a solas para disfrutar de un café. Les cuento que mientras saboreaba esta deliciosa bebida, me invadió una sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Ese aroma de café recién colado llenaba el ambiente de donde yo estaba realizando algunas diligencias.
En ese preciso instante, me di cuenta de lo valioso que es tomarse un momento a solas. Pues la vida a diario nos mantiene ocupados y olvidamos el valor por los pequeños momentos que nos regala la vida y acompañado a eso, los momentos de calma y de paz. En este preciso instante, reflexione sobre, las alegrías y desafíos que me ha presentado la vida, y les puedo decir que han Sido bien duros y que es un milagro que me puedan estar leyendo y allí me di cuenta de lo valioso que es detenerse y apreciar el presente.
Aquí recordé mis momentos de altibajos, las risas y las lágrimas. Me di cuenta de que cada experiencia vivida ha contribuido a formar quien soy hoy. Aprendí a valorar cada instante, a abrazar a los seres que amo y a ver la luz en medio de la oscuridad.
Al terminar mi café, el cual les puedo decir que, estaba super delicioso, me sentí renovada y empoderada, para seguir adelante y siempre enfrentar los desafíos que se presente a diario. Cómo reflexión para todos, les puedo decir que; en la vida lo que más necesitamos es un momento de paz, para recordar lo hermosa que es la vida.
