Lunes de Cuerpo Completo💪💥 || Full Body Monday💪💪💥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semana espero que sea una muy exitosa para todos y puedan cumplir todo lo que se propongan!! Por acá aun estamos casa de mis padres, pero como yo me prometí entrenar aun con flojera jeje aqui estoy, y hoy si que les traigo una rutina a todo terreno 😂😂

Porque es que no se imaginan como me costó encontrar un espacio "armonioso" para grabar, porque donde grababa antes aqui esta full de materiales ya que estan construyendo aca en casa de mis padres, asi que me tocó meterme en mi antiguo cuarto y compartirles mi rutina de hoy, pero depsues de la primera ronda tuve que salirme, que locura entrenar con el aire acondicionado tan fuerte, sentia que me ahogaba, por loco que suene, se me tranco como el pecho 🥵🥵 asi que luego finalicé mis 4 rondas en el corredor rodeada de sacos de sementos y cabillas 😂 pero bueno. Aqui le comparto los ejercicios que hice hoy.

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy start of the week I hope it is a very successful one for everyone and you can accomplish everything you propose!!! Here we are still at my parents' house, but as I promised myself to train even with laziness hehe here I am, and today I bring you a routine to all terrain 😂😂

Because you can't imagine how hard it was for me to find a "harmonious" space to record, because where I recorded before here is full of materials since they are building here at my parents' house, so I had to get into my old room and share with you my routine today, but after the first round I had to leave, what a madness to train with the air conditioning so strong, I felt like I was suffocating, as crazy as it sounds, it got tight as my chest 🥵🥵 so then I finished my 4 rounds in the corridor surrounded by sacks of sperm and scissors 😂 but well. Here I share with you the workouts I did today.
