Último día de entrenamiento en la playa 🌊// Last day of training at the beach 🌊

Oficialmente culmine otro semestre de la universidad 🥳 fue uno muy intenso y estuvo acompañado de un sube y baja de emociones así que me alegra decir que por fin tengo tiempo de descansar y dormir todo lo que no he podido en este tiempo y no pensar tanto en fisioterapia, músculos, huesos y funciones del cuerpo.
La última clase fue un poco peculiar ya que la hicimos en la playa 🌊, el semestre lo cerramos con la última clase de entrenamiento físico y si, era una clase para hacer ejercicios y tratar de no morir en el intento aunque no solo era entrenar, también te preparaban para que tu pudieras aplicar esos entrenamientos a tus futuros pacientes. Así que nos pareció buena idea hacerla en la playa y asi cuando terminaramos de entrenar pudiéramos compartir entre todos.

I officially culminated another semester of college 🥳 it was a very intense one and was accompanied by an ups and downs of emotions so I'm glad to say that I finally have time to rest and sleep as much as I have not been able to in this time and not think so much about physiotherapy, muscles, bones and body functions. The last class was a bit peculiar since we did it on the beach 🌊, we closed the semester with the last physical training class and yes, it was a class to do exercises and try not to die trying although it was not only training, they also prepared you so you could apply those trainings to your future patients. So we thought it was a good idea to do it on the beach so that when we finished training we could all share with each other.

Cómo eramos muchas personas en esa clase decidimos contratar a dos autobuses para que nos bajaran a la playa y después no subieran, obviamente fuimos a La Guaira, las playas mas cercanas a la capital, específicamente a una llamada "Alibaba". Llegamos al punto de encuentro y nos tocó esperar un poco a que llegaran los autobuses, pero dos horas después ya estábamos en marcha..... Bajamos a las 2:30 pm un poco tarde y sinceramente mi preocupación más grande era el sol que iba a hacer a esa hora 🥵.

Llegamos a la playa y ya el profesor había colocado los conos que indicaban cada estación del circuito, a veces se pone muy creativo 😅, después de 20 minutos ya estábamos listo para empezar. En realidad en los entrenamientos les jugamos sucio al profesor, y el lo sabe pero ya como era la última clase se hizo el de la vista gorda y nos dejó tranquilos la mayoría del tiempo, al jugarle sucio me refiero a qué no hacemos los ejercicios como son al menos que nos esté viendo o nos estén grabando, de resto, hacemos cualquier cosa.... El entrenamiento duró una hora, y fueron tres series de ese circuito donde hicimos plancha, escalada, sentadillas, zancadas y muchos ejercicios más.

As we were many people in that class we decided to hire two buses to take us down to the beach and then not go up, obviously we went to La Guaira, the closest beaches to the capital, specifically to one called "Alibaba". We arrived at the meeting point and had to wait a little while for the buses to arrive, but two hours later we were already on our way to ...... We got off at 2:30 pm a little late and honestly my biggest concern was the sun that was going to do at that time 🥵.

We arrived at the beach and already the teacher had placed the cones indicating each station of the circuit, sometimes he gets very creative 😅, after 20 minutes we were ready to start. Actually in the trainings we play dirty to the teacher, and he knows it but since it was the last class he turned a blind eye and left us alone most of the time, by playing dirty I mean we don't do the exercises as they are unless he is watching us or they are recording us, otherwise, we do anything.... The workout lasted an hour, and it was three sets of that circuit where we did plank, mountain climbers, squats, lunges and many more exercises.

Después de culminar el profesor nos felicitó por todo este tiempo que habíamos entrenado con el y nosotros le agradecemos por todo los que nos enseñó, la verdad es que es un profesor muy bueno, es joven y fue su primera vez enseñado pero lo hizo muy bien. Una vez dicho esto, empezó la diversión, todos al agua o a hacer lo que quisiéramos, se formaron los grupos cada uno por su lado pero sin estar muy alejados de los demás, la idea era compartir y pasar un rato agradable.
La playa estaba bellísima, el agua se veía súper linda y limpia aunque si tenía mucho oleaje, piedras y era algo honda, pero como yo nunca paso de la orilla porque no se nadar, todo bien 😅.

After finishing the teacher congratulated us for all this time we had trained with him and we thank him for everything he taught us, the truth is that he is a very good teacher, he is young and it was his first time teaching but he did it very well. Once this was said, the fun began, everyone to the water or to do whatever we wanted, the groups were formed each on their own side but without being too far away from each other, the idea was to share and have a good time.
The beach was beautiful, the water looked super nice and clean although it had a lot of waves, rocks and it was a little deep, but as I never go over the shore because I can't swim, everything was fine 😅.

Jugamos voleibol, escuchamos música a todo volumen y comimos de todo, el sol estaba muy picante así que todos estábamos súper pendientes del bloqueador. Algo que amo del profesor es que el se integra muy bien con nosotros así que el era un amigo más con el cual hasta bailamos y nos metimos en el agua a disfrutar. Llegó la hora de irnos, más o menos como a las 6:30 pm, pudimos observar el atardecer en la playa y después de las mil fotos que se le tomó nos fuimos. En el autobús seguía la fiesta, la verdad yo creo que estaba más buena ahí que en la playa, en ese autobús se bailó, se gozó, se cantó y se hizo amigos, como si fuera una discoteca andante, todo muy muy bueno.....

We played volleyball, listened to loud music and ate everything, the sun was very hot so we were all super aware of the sunscreen. Something I love about the teacher is that he integrates very well with us so he was a friend with whom we even danced and got into the water to enjoy. It was time to go, at about 6:30 pm, we could watch the sunset on the beach and after the thousand pictures that were taken we left. In the bus the party continued, the truth is I think it was better there than on the beach, in that bus we danced, enjoyed, sang and made friends, as if it was a walking disco, all very good.....

Y así culminó otro semestre de fisioterapia, de la mejor manera posible, con personas muy chéveres y creando muy buenos recuerdos, la verdad es que no pudo ser mejor. Nos vemos en un próximo post mi gente linda, hasta pronto ❤️
