Just awareness/just presence of our immediate interface makes us "feel good" | Phone Photography -17

The best part of the "Feel Good" initiative is that it lowers the barrier to entry. And rightly so. I believe that happiness or "feeling good" is not a state of doing, rather it's a state of being. However, the domestic milieu and immediate interface always play a greater role in effecting or affecting your state of "feeling good"/happiness.

Happiness is right there in our life from the get-go. Look at a newborn baby or a kid below 2 years of age, how happy is he/she? That happiness/smile is not dismayed by worldly affairs.

As long as the thought process is cluttered with so many complex thoughts and worldly affairs, we can not develop a sharp/minute/subtle vision. In order to raise the consciousness we need to live in the present moment, then the things around us and Nature will appear lively.

Look at these green leaves, they may appear trivial, because they are ubiquitous and we see them daily around us. But try to become an observer of Nature, raise your consciousness by living in the present, and achieve a state of thoughtlessness, you will catch the whisper of Nature, the leaves.

Sometimes, someone's just awareness makes us feel good. The immediate environment and Nature, from which we get the sensory instincts, is the source of happiness. Nature makes us feel good expansively. Unfortunately, we are the bad receptor of Nature.

My immediate interface has always been my garden and the green sight around my horizon. I also try to meditate with the sound of silence, the sound of rain, the sound of Night, etc(all natural sounds). The more you meditate, the better you develop a fine sight whenever you look upon anything around your horizon. This has been practically experienced by me. I want to explore many such fine insights into life and this journey.
