Flowers are the constituents of an exquisite nature
After a long time, I started engaging in gardening activities. Winter is on. Winter here is mostly pleasant and not as harsh as in the Himalayan region. So the next 2/3 months will be a kind of romantic season for this part of the world.
I only have a macro lens in my gear at the moment. One more lens I sold this year, and next year I will try to add one more lens, I am looking for a second lens, to be honest. But I have to earn that much first before I could buy a second-hand one.
Winter by default is a cozy month for the plants here. As I said earlier here it is not that harsh, the temperature hardly goes below 10 degrees, so for plant life, winter is really a boost in terms of retaining moisture and in terms of getting adequate sunlight for photosynthesis. Quite a balanced season, so it does not require much maintenance in the garden.
I have captured a few clicks of this particular flower. This flower is medium size but looks really beautiful. The best thing about a macro lens is that we can capture the finer details of a flower.
I don't exactly know what the name of the flower in Hindi or English is, here we colloquially call this as "Kanchana" flower and it's plentily available in this locality.
This one is known to all. This is called Betel leave and in INDIA, its consumption is on a very large scale, because "PAAN" is used as mouth freshener, so it is edible and widely consumed in most parts of India. The roots of Betel leaves are also used for medicinal purposes.
This one is called the Peepal leaf, and it also has its use, the peepal leaves and bark are used to treat wounds, eczema, and other traditional purposes.
And finally, this one is known to all this is called the Yellow Lily flower. They are of relatively small sizes and blossom in groups in general.

Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
yeah but flowers are also extremely important, they keep alive the pollinators that are so important to the vegetables and fruits we eat
Absolutely. They are technically also important and vital for this ecosystem and the food chain therein to thrive. Thank you for stopping by.
