Aftermath of Rains- Raindrop, an art of leaf!
Welcome to a new episode of My Garden. The centrality of today's blog is pure photography. With heavy rainfall over the last three days, the entire garden has turned green as if waiting for such rains to make its green color rise into prominence with every drop of rain.
The garden has turned beautiful, the raindrops are glittering like pearls upon the green leaves.
The entire garden has gone jubilant to the extent that even the weeds want to flaunt their beauty.
This white flower is called କାଞ୍ଚନ ଫୁଲ(local name)- "Kaanchan flower". I dont know its English name or even Hindi name. But it's beautiful and it has medicinal benefits too.
We have got two such plants that bear କାଞ୍ଚନ ଫୁଲ perennially. But unfortunately, last week one such plant(out of the two) started declining and has died now, because of the lightning strike. We have a very strong emotional connection with our garden and the plants thereof. We mourned the wilting of our plant.
But luckily one has survived and we are planning to grow one more plant.
The specular reflection is apparent aftermath of the rain, as you can see they appear like pearls, and look damn beautiful.
Nature has so many shades of beauty.
Raindrops are surely an art of leaf. It's shining due to total internal reflection.
What a sight to behold. While the green color amidst the first monsoon rain has gone for a wider discovery, raindrops are creating the charm of pearls upon the leaves.
The dry grey soil has turned black due to heavy rains triggering its potential to sprout new life.
A silent observer of Nature can see more than what is visible to the naked eye. I feel the same way right now.
Last but not least this is the Sandalwood tree, it has also grown up quite well in the last two years. But this particular tree is very delicate and needs careful attention, it also requires another plant like "Neem" nearby, to grow properly, because it has semi-parasitic properties to fulfill its nutritional requirement.
So that's all, I want you to enjoy this blog primarily as a photography blog, so not adding much content. Photography is an art and also a subtle language.
Thank you.
