My Impossible Approach to Digital Detox
In this modern world it is very rare for a person to live a life without having any digital device or digital lifestyle, I know there are some struggling and developing countries and society but the truth is we are in a modern world that everyone wants to embrace the use of electronic devices and gadget.

One thing in love about this our modern use of digital equipment is that everyone and tend to buy what they can afford, whereby there are cheap gadget and expensive ones too. this makes it easy for people especially someone like me to be able to afford what i can get to improve myself in the community. This is why i said it is very rare for a developing countries or a society to not be bale to afford a digital gadget.
Using a digital gadget can have a positive and negative impact on an individual health and lifestyle. I remember when in was small that i envy my uncles that are always on their system building websites for companies and earning huge, but presently now the three of them uses recommended face glass to perform their daily activities. Growing up made me understand that there was no way they could have stopped working with this their gadget because they needed to earn and feed their families, i know they must have been seeing some signs on their early days but they could not afford to lose this opportunities.
presently i see some of the negative signs to using a digital gadget in this modern days but i cannot afford to lose opportunities to learning and earning this because it is the future all i just need to do is to take precautionary measures like using of drugs, dimming of the gadget brightness and other stuff.
Starting a new year and avoiding using digital devices in this new year to me has no positive impact in my life now, because i am a young guy and i need huge earnings and also to learn new and modern things. i still wonder how people go days and months without using their phones or screen. I have heard of people doing screen timing but i have never imagined myself trying this out, although people say this is to focus and to aid full concentration especially when in a relationship or probably at work but can this be true, does calculating screen timing helps to aid concentration and have a productive day?, i don't really believe this but to myself although i feel it might work for other people but i don't need to time my screen to perform any of my activities, i feel full focus comes within desire and determination, when a person really wants something he does not need to be told to focus he will seat down to plan himself and cut off every distraction. i personally deleted my Instagram and Facebook because i felt they will be a real distraction to me.
in conclusion digital detox does not determine full concentration and productivity but only desire and determination does.
