Let's go to the outdoor market "Piazza Campo del Palio"and explore the nearby atmosphere. - Asti, Italy.
- Hello everyone, today I traveled to Asti and this time I will take everyone to the market at Piazza Campo del Palio in Asti, Italy. This is an open-air market, a place where various products are gathered. I really like walking in this kind of market because it has a better atmosphere. When we agreed to go to the market, we looked for a parking spot. Actually, there is a parking spot inside, but we wanted to walk around before going to the market, so we parked near that area, which was not far from the market.
- We looked for a parking spot and found a parking spot near the Baptistery of San Pietro in Consavia, a museum about the history of this place. However, we did not go inside because we intended to go to the market first, because we were afraid that the market would close first. After that, we walked straight to the market.
- After crossing the road a short distance, we saw trees changing colors and falling on the road on the walkway. Of course, in the fall, we would see them very often, but I like them because they are beautiful. The colors are beautiful. Then we walked to the market, which was not far away. It was exactly as we had thought. Some shops had started to pack up, but some were still open. This market is very large because this area is a wide open space. It is a parking area and there is a market on some days.
There are many things for sale here, whether it is clothes, appliances, decorative flowers, home decorations, tools, vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, we arrived a bit late, but there were still some shops left. There were fewer people, but it was good that it was not crowded and chaotic, so it was convenient to walk around and look at things.
- We walked around for a while. I got sandals and socks at a not-so-expensive price, and I liked them very much. After a while, we walked back. Before we went back, we noticed a tower near the market. This tower is called the Ex Casa del Fascio di Asti. It is another important historical site in Asti. It is the building that was used as the headquarters of the National Fascist Party during the Fascist rule. It was built as the government residence, which is considered another historical site in Asti.
- After that, we walked to the public park. The weather was quite cold at the time. It was drizzling, so there were not many people in this public park. There are trees in this area that provide shade. When walking into this area, the air is quite cool, peaceful and shady. The trees are still green even though it is autumn. Walking closer to the center, you will find a large statue. This statue is a monument to celebrate Vittorio Emanuele, located in the middle of this public park.
- And this is the atmosphere of Piazza Campo del Palio and nearby areas. You can see that there are many important places in history in this city of Asti. I hope everyone likes my post. Thank you for following. Have a nice day.

This looks fantastic! A nice autumn stroll with the changing colour of the leaves. I remember my days in Italy in 2012 and it looked very similar! The market also looks cozy and very "low-key" and "laid back"! Thanks for sharing your little adventure.
Asti must be a nice city I heard many good things about this city. 😍
